There’s no such thing as sending Apple Pay. Apple Pay is a privacy and security system, not a card or account. What exactly are you trying to do?
When will I hear back?
Send money to a receiver. This receiver has received Apple Pay many times in the past several years. Would it be a setting that they have wrong on their phone?
