I setup a new iPhone because my other phone is a work phone and I never had Apple Pay or anything on it. Anyway, I went through all the verification, checked all settings and I can only send Apple Pay and not receive it from anyone. When someone tries to send they get a declined message. Help!

How long have you had an Apple Cash account? Did you change your Apple Account/Apple ID? Apple Cash is tied to the account you used when you originally opened the account. It cannot be transferred or changed.
Yes Apple Cash whatever it’s called. Regardless it’s verified and I’ve gone through all the settings and can’t receive just send. The sender gets a declined messsge when they try to send to me but it lets me send to
them. I ever tried requesting and that doesn’t work either
It’s a brand new phone, Apple ID and Apple Cash/Apple Pay account. I have another iPhone for work but it never had Apple Pay or Apple Cash set up on it cause it’s a work phone. Like I said I sent my DL it said it was verified. The wallet shows it’s ready to use and I can send to anyone. I’ve added cards. All the settings are setup right. My wife has Apple Cash everything matches her settings. Idk my wife is good with this stuff and can’t even figure it out
