how can i make my notifications transparent?
I have all the transparency modes turned on and they are opaque

Troubleshooting Opaque Screen:
What is your iOS version? Go to: Settings > General > About
This "opaque" is officially called "Liquid Glass". and is something that was widely complained about by Apple's customers when the upgraded to iOS13. So, upgrade to iOS26.3, if not done so, already:
For your model(iPhone 13), you have three options to upgrade:
