Contacts app crashes and other issues

The contacts app crashes among other weird things. I'm posting this EntreCheck log to see if I can get help fixing this. Unfortunately, I ran an update since the crash but here it is anyway:

Here's what was grabbable of the crash report since it doesn't offer an option to save it. The top and bottom of it were captured but not the middle. Here's the top:
