iPhone 12 mini won’t turn off active 800 number running in background

iPhone 12 mini won’t turn off with 800 number running in background. Buttons did not work. After turning off WiFi , blue tooth, cellular data, the 800 number was still connected and wouldn’t disconnect. I was able to power off the phone by going back into settings- general- shut down. Then the power off display appeared and I could turn it off. I powered it back on; turned on WiFi, BT & cell data and it seems to work fine. Did the 800 number interfere with phone functionality? The 800 number did not show up in call history.

Forcedly Ending a Call:

How were these buttons "stuck"? Were they inoperable? Or were they pushed, forcedly? Either way, your iPhone is pretty obsolete. If you cant get an iPhone's all to stop ringing, then exert the SIM card. Remove or Switch the SIM Card in your iPhone - Apple Support. From there, contact your Carrier, as they provide you with the service of configuring your SIM card.
