iPhone 13 Pro Max stuck on iOS 26.4 beta after restore

ios 26.4 beta

iPhone 13 Pro Max.

I can't roll back my phone with backup from the iCloud.

When I'm trying to rollback my phone, I see that I have two backups in iCloud(From my MacBookPro I see that for my phone I have only 1 backup in the iCloud).

I select any of them(not with the ios 26.4 beta, leave eSim, don't erase it. And after re-install my backup I see that still have the ios 26.4 beta. I tried twice - with different backups - the same result.
