Safari vertical lines on external monitor in macOS

On macOS using an external monitor and Safari with the latest macOS 2026.3 it seems that the website of Claude.AI presents vertical lines on display even on desktop. Does anyone know why this occurs?

Safari will not save images on laptop Whenever I have my external monitor connected to my MacBook Pro, it will save images without an issue. When I remove the monitor and just use the laptop by itself, the Save button is always greyed out and the Cancel button is inaccessible. I have to use the Escape key to get out of the dialogue but it never saves. Using another browser works fine for saving to any location.
