MLB.TV subscription not showing

I recently bought a MLB.tv subscription through Apple. It is not showing in my MLB app account that I was logged into during the time of the purchase. Why is my subscription not active?

Subscription not reflecting to the Apple store i Have taken Jio cinema subscription(Rs. 29) but it did not reflected in App Store. So I pitched it again but still is it not reflecting.

I renewed my subscription service for an app, but that app is still showing as if I have not subscribed I used my TennisTV App store subscription for one year without any problem. But when the subscription expired, I renewed it by paying for the subscription for one more year. However, now I see that the app is not recognizing this subscription. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but to no avail. I am also not able to use this subscription on my desktop. What is the issue here? Need solution asap.
