So sorry. NO.

There was a 'Mass Extinction Event' when MacOS 10.15 Catalina said, "no more 32-bit apps". All the Driver software died.

There are no third-party Wi-Fi adapters that actually work beyond Catalina.

Why do you think your issues are caused by Hardware?

EXACTLY what symptoms do you have?

same symptoms at the Apple Store or the coffee shop or the Library?

If macOS WiFi Keeps Dropping:

I. Update your macOS:

I take it you are using Sequoia, is that correct? Ether way, upgrade your Mac to the latest-compatible version, backing up your Mac with Time Machine Backup, first.

II. Change the WiFi Assignment:

For a Dynamic IP Address (one you do not assign to devices), perform the following...

A. Set the Private Wi-Fi Address to Fixed:

  1. Go to: Apple menu
  2. Select: System Settings
  3. Click: WiFi
  4. Click: your WiFi (SSID)
  5. Click: Details
  6. Click: Fixed

B. Renew your DHCP Lease:

  1. Go to: Apple menu
  2. Select: System Settings
  3. Click: Network
  4. Click: TCP/IP
  5. Click: Renew DHCP Lease command button
  6. Click: OK
