My iPhone photos are on iCloud but can not see on iMac Everthing turned on and synch. Earlier answer said you have to be logged on same account. I don’t know what that means iCloud and iMac? iMac and iPhone? I have a yahoo email on iMac and google on iPhone Thanks for any help or thoughts

The email address identifies the account. So, as Mac Jim ID says, go to the Mac's System Settings>[name] and see if the same email is used when you do that on your phone. If they're not the same then you have two different accounts! So, on one of your devices, you will need go to the bottom of that page and sign out so you can sign in to your other account with your other email.
You ought to go to iCloud.com and sign in with both accounts to see what's there!

To have both devices sync the photos to iCloud, you have to be using the same account at Settings > [name on top] for the iPhone and > System Settings > [name on top] for the Mac.

You can move purchases from one account to another:
Migrate purchases from one Apple Account to another Apple Account
But you can't combine two accounts. As long as you have access to both, you can download pictures, for instance, from one account and load them on another. It could be tedious.
Thanks for trying to help but I just don't get it. I don't see how to change the apple account on iMac. It will seemingly not let me remove primary email and it will not let me use the email that is the primary on iPhone
