None of the apps in my iPhone 12 are launching. Other devices using the same Wifi and router work fine. I tried turning the iPhone OFF and ON, but that didn't help. Can someone help me? Is resetting the phone the only option? I am using iOS 26.3.

iPhone 12 is getting up there in age. It could be your battery failing if it's still the original battery in the phone. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if it shows 80% or less, the battery needs to be replaced.
It could also be a storage issue. Open Settings > General > iPhone Storage - you should have at least 10GB of available storage. If you have a lot less, you need to delete things from your phone you don't need or use, like photos, videos, music, files, messages, email, apps, etc.

None of what apps? Are they third party apps, or Apple apps?
What do you mean the apps aren't launching. Whether you're on wifi or cellular data, or have no data connection at all, the apps should launch, even if they can't do anything without a data connection...
All the Apps, Apple and non-Apple apps would start and hang-up (stuck in some loop) and then I would get a message that there was a connection problem, although my WiFi status was ‘connected’. All other devices connected to the same WiFi were working fine. About an hour after I posted this issue the Apps started working again. I did notice that there was an iCloud backup completed after midnight. Could this have something to do with it?
