Will the App Store work on an iPhone 4 running iOS 7?
on iOS 7 does the app store still work as i brought an iPhone 4 and just want to know for when its set up

The iPhone 4 has a 32-bit processor, and Apple abandoned those in favor of 64-bit processors well over a dozen years ago. 32-bit apps have likely been purged from the App Store.
Even in the unlikely event that you can activate that iPhone 4, and that it can connect to the App Store, you are not likely to find much to run on it there. Many popular apps now require iOS 15, 16, or 17.
