your boot drive Write performance is bad:
Performance:
System Load: 7.25 (1 min ago) 4.96 (5 min ago) 3.71 (15 min ago)
Nominal I/O usage: 30.79 MB/s
File system: 7.12 seconds
Write speed: 779 MB/s
Read speed: 2705 MB/s
typical write speed is somewhat faster than read speed, because of write buffering.
that might be because your boot drive is too full:
500 GB size with only 52 GB FREE is not enough. Best Practice for the boot drive 20 percent completely FREE.
NB> you can not make a measurable improvement by stashing stuff on online sharing services like Google drive or Dropbox. And by the way, BOTH of those appear to be old versions or mis-installed on your computer with a number of unsigned files present for each.
if you want a real improvement, you need more real disk drives connected to your computer.
and by the way, you also need to connect your backup drive more often. Your last disk backup finished just after midnight on the 21 st. Time Machine will keep local snapshots (lists of files to be backed up) on the boot drive until you connect you external backup drive again, stealing a little more of the disk space you are already low on.
