Issues verifying age when changing the age on an account.

I am updating the age on an account for my child. When trying to do the age verifcation, it will not let me agree to terms and conditions. I updated to the latest IOS and still have the issue. I press agree and a few seconds later the agree button pops back up. There is no option to continue.
