Where to accept age change request sent to an advisor?

i wanted to change my age, so it send a request to my advisor, but i dont know where to accept it

Issues verifying age when changing the age on an account. I am updating the age on an account for my child. When trying to do the age verifcation, it will not let me agree to terms and conditions. I updated to the latest IOS and still have the issue. I press agree and a few seconds later the agree button pops back up. There is no option to continue.

I am presuming that a request is being sent to your parent to approve the age change. Your parent would approve it.
