Where to send age change request for the Apple ID?

When I created my sons account, I wasn’t thinking straight so I accidentally put my youngest daughters birthday instead of his. So I tried to change it so that he could download all the games and apps he wanted to download, but theres a certain age limit to do that. I tried to change his age which I successfully did! But it said it would send a request to me for it to successfully change his birth date. I have looked all over my phone for the verification but I have not received it.

I wanted to know where the request is sent so I can change my son’s age. Thank you.

According to the support article: Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support

"If you need to change the birth date for someone below age 13 [age varies by country - see the article], contact Apple Support."
