Model identify <MacBookPro16,1> or <MacBookPro16,4>

If the Mac does not boot you options are obviously limited.

Why would you think battery was there an issue prior ...? If you are plugged in to power I would not think battery.

What I can say—the 2019 Intel 16" MBP has a higher than you would hope, logic board failures.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"

I would suggest a 2019 Intel Machine is most likely not worth the cost of repair going forward, esp out of warranty logic board replacement.

Apple is done with the Intel and moved on to their SoC M-series macs.

Boot Up in Safe Mode:

While in Safe Mode, certain system files (caches) are fixed, and login items do NOT pen at login. Go Here: Start up your Mac in Safe Mode - Apple Support

Clear the Screen's Caches:

Perform the Floowing. It all comes down to clearing the caches. It takes a few tries, but hold down the following upon boot. You'll be holding down the power button when performing this. The F5 button is keen here.

  • [command + option + F5 + Power]
  • [command + option + shift + F5 + Power]
