iPad app age rating stuck at 9
iPad stuck on 9 age rating even though the settings for apps is set to unrestricted, any app above 9 is still prohibited and I’m on my last nerve.

This sounds like a bug, I suggest disabling Screen Time altogether and seeing if that resolves the issue, if it does, you’ll need to double check the Content and Privacy Restrictions section in Screen Time and make sure Alps is set to Unrated or the appropriate age rating needed. If the issue persists, Restart Your iPad. If the issue is still therem check for a iPadOS update in Settings> General> Software Update. If you are still experiencing this issue after all this, contact Apple Support for further assistance.
