Download whole state instead of specific areas in Maps apps in iPhones?
Is there no way to easily and quickly the download whole state for offline map instead of an area in Apple's and Google's Maps iOS apps in iPhone's iOS v26.3?

Apple Maps and Google Maps on iOS 26.3 do not offer a one‑tap option to download an entire state. As you have already learned, both apps only allow downloading a custom area that you manually size.
