Can a Crayon Lightning pencil work for I pad 10 Gen and Im pad A17 thanks the said there is USB C and then Lightning charger. Logitech said I ordered wrong Pencil and would not replace for same cost. cause the rep made misstake

That would be a question for Logitech. Only they can tell you what models of iPad their own Crayon is compatible with.
From Apple's entry in the Apple Online store for the Crayon, it appears to be compatible with 10th Generation and A16 iPads yes.

Also note, at this time, there is no iPad A17. The current iPad is the A16 or eleventh generation iPad.
