How are Pro Apps Bundle apps delivered with M4 Mac Mini?

Friends,

I am from India and I purchased an M4 Mac Mini for my daughter through Apple’s Education Program on 11 February 2026, along with the Pro Apps Bundle.

I received an email from Apple stating that Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro will not be pre-installed. Now it is 5 March and the Mac Mini is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, but I still have no clear information about how I will receive these apps.

I have contacted Apple Support several times, but each time I received a different answer. One representative told me that the apps would come pre-installed. Another said that after activating the Mac Mini with my Apple ID, I would receive an email from Apple with redemption codes. Someone else told me to contact support again after activating the Mac Mini.

At this point, I am confused about what will actually happen and which information is correct.

If anyone here has purchased the Pro Apps Bundle before, could you please share how the apps are delivered?

Thank you.

You probably will receive (or maybe have already received) some codes that you need to enter in the App Store application on the new mac.

In the App Store application, click the account at the bottom left (that should correspond to yours, or your daughter's Apple account), and then click "Redeem Gift Card". Enter the code for each application, to associate the application to the Apple account, and then you'll have the ability to download.

Note: if you end up having the application pre-installed, then you should "Accept" it into the Apple account (also in the App Store). You need the purchases associated to an Apple account in order to be able to get updates and also to possibly install in other macs that you own and control.
