Beats Fit Pro left earbud does not connect
I got my Beats pro fit (Model number A2577) this afternoon. The pairing process was simple on my iphone 15. The left bud does not seem to connect to my phone when i take it out of the charging case. I have seen on the forums that this is a common problem with the buds for a long time.
When the bud is in the charging case it connects to the phone, as soon as i take it out the left bud disconnects.
The left bud, while connected in the case, shows 100% charged. I have seen many posts on different sites about the same problem happening on firmware 6F8 (case 3.8.196). Some telling that the problem occurred after the update.
The things i have done so far :
- I did reset the buds more than once. Pressed the button on the charging case for 15 seconds and re-connected.
- I charged the right bud to 100% and listened to music for a few hours. Keeping the left bud out of the charging case.
- Deactivated auto ear detection. Started a random 10 hour youtube video (Crab Rave 10 hours) and put the buds next to my phone so that the buds would discharge.
- The left bud after the right one discharged was still at 100%.
Anyone found a solution for this? Or should i return the product and get a different brand?
