Listen WiFi connects to and plays audio through my I-Phone SE speaker but will not push the audio to my Oticon More miniRITE R hearing aids. Other things like phone calls, media audio do come through the hearing aids. Listen WiFi didn't have any answers either other than changing the Media and Call Audio routing to "always hearing devices" which did not work. Any ideas?
Have you restarted your iPhone after making these changes?
Hold buttons on both sides, then slide the slider that appears to power off, then count slowly to at least 10, then press and hold a button on the side until the solid Apple appears.
Afterward, be sure your hearing aids pair with the phone correctly:
Settings > accessibility > hearing devices > ...
... should show both devices (R and L) present at the top.

If the sound gets to your phone, but refuses to play out the { MFI Hearing Aids, Phonak or other non-MFi bluetooth Hearing Aids, Bluetooth Headsets, similar devices } that sounds to me like a shortcoming of the Listen App.
You could cut the hearing Aids out of the loop by testing with name-brand Bluetooth headset.
Do you have/ can you find (through a local audiologist) anyone with Resound hearing aids?
I mention Resound because Resound Smart-3D app is said to be the best App there is for connecting hearing MFi Aids. If Resound hearing aids can work, then maybe you can embarrass/pressure Listen.
Either that or simply threaten to send all the Listen gear back unless they provide some real technical assistance.

¿Are you using the latest version of their app?
¿good Wi-Fi connection as well?
Did everything you've suggested and more. I have been working with the Theatre's technical director and we are all stumped. Deleted and reloaded the app, the Theatre changed the WiFi connection to a dedicated line to reduce lag and drops. Everything works except getting the sound to come through the phone to the hearing aids. For everyone so far. Is your iPhone (or its software) too old for this job?
I don't believe so - while it's an SE, it has the most current IOS. Another person with a newer model is having the same issue.
