Hi. I want to change country for my account in App Store from USA to Russia.
But i have $0.85 on my balance and cannot spend it before. Can you reset my balance manually?

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
The people on these boards are mostly other customers and don't have inside access to Apple's servers.
