AFTER you install an update? Nothing. You have already contractually agreed to it. You live with, or sell the devices and move on.

You "signed" a legal agreement that says that you do agree. It's too late to change your mind. Either live with your decision or sell your iPhone.
Then you should sell or recycle the devices and go buy something else.
