… have macOS 26 installed. I am in the US. I am able to watch on a browser. F1 the movie, the Netflix series F1 Drive to Survive both appear in the Apple TV app. Actual F1 coverage is completely missing.
Verify that you are additionally signed in to the Apple TV app (TV app) on Mac, with your Apple Account, as this isn’t automatically copied from the Mac System Settings. This sign in can be done through the menu Account, or through the Apple Account option in the lower left corner of the side bar of the main window of the TV app.
F1 web access from following a URL in Safari/Firefox/Chrome on that same Mac, should offer to access it through the TV app instead, through an icon in the black bar at the top of the web page.

works from any browser, it works on my Android-based TV. It doesn't work on the dedicated app on my brand new MacBook Pro.
