How to enlarge pointer/cursor on Magic Keyboard used with iPad Pro

How can I change the miniscule pointer/cursor size on my iPad’s Magic Keyboard? All instructions say to do this through settings and accessibility but though I make the changes there (including changing the color) there is no difference. All instructions also refer to “pointer” but that word does not appear anywhere in settings. I am low vision and a larger cursor is a necessity. My iPad is an iPad Pro running IoS 26.3. Apple used to be at the forefront of accessibility on its products but its latest products and updates show that it is no longer a design focus~ this cursor issue is yet another disappointment for me. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Dear Grant: I appreciate your taking the time to reply but under Settings/Accessibility/Display and Text Size there are no categories to adjust the cursor/pointer— I scrolled all the way down. Text size can be adjusted as well as features such as contrast, transparency, etc., but cursor/pointer is not on this menu. Again, I appreciate your taking the time to respond. I also tried turning the iPad on and off to see if that would make the change that I found under Display get implemented but sadly it made no difference in the cursor size or color.
