Go to https://getsupport.apple.com , enter your issue in the search field and work through the prompts. At the end further down the page there should be a button labeled "Get More Support" Clicking on it should provide Chat and Call options if available for your specific issue.

Apple has made it much harder to chat live with support. It used to be right there as an option.

Hello~ I still find it quite easy to chat with Apple if the need should arise. See the link below…

Contact Apple Support - Apple Support*

*Example…

If you tap the highlighted number once you go into the link and choose your Country or Region…it opens more options for you.

Take care.

Is there a way that I can chat privately?

There is no private chat here. You can chat with Apple directly by using the link below and use the option under Get Online Support.Support. After you describe your issue, you will be given relevant Support Articles related to your question and on the bottom of the page you should see a button that says More Support Options. If Chat support is available in your region, you will see a link to start the direct Chat with Apple.

I still have a link for this; tapping it will open a support chat in iMessge. But sharing it in the Community is verboten because they want you to be routed to the correct people first or something. Which makes sense.

I need help to reset my Apple Store credit

Hello~ It’s always best to start your own thread when you have a different question. If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to lower left hand corner and click on Support and they can zero it for you or…

Contact Apple for support and service

Also if you are changing regions take a look through this article as well…

Why do you think you need to remove her account?

If her mail address is no longer valid, she can log in to her Apple Account and change it. Removing it form the family sharing group will not make his any easier or harder.

My spouse is in Family Sharing. Family Purchases is set to the correct Apple Account, but the iPhone says it is already associated with another Apple Account and won’t download a family-purchased song because of a 90-day association restriction. There is no ‘Remove This Device’ option. I need help removing or resolving the old purchase association without transferring purchases.

Hello. I have an unpaid balance of $10.03 for 17 Roblox purchases made on July 19–20, 2026. I did NOT make these purchases and I did not authorize them. I already submitted a refund request, but now I have a billing problem and I cannot download or update any apps. Please investigate these unauthorized purchases and help remove the unpaid balance from my account while the refund request is being reviewed.
