Apple has made it much harder to chat live with support. It used to be right there as an option.
Hello~ I still find it quite easy to chat with Apple if the need should arise. See the link below…
Contact Apple Support - Apple Support*
*Example…
If you tap the highlighted number once you go into the link and choose your Country or Region…it opens more options for you.
Take care.

I have a question about an offer that I received earlier today
Is there a way that I can chat privately?
There is no private chat here. You can chat with Apple directly by using the link below and use the option under Get Online Support.Support. After you describe your issue, you will be given relevant Support Articles related to your question and on the bottom of the page you should see a button that says More Support Options. If Chat support is available in your region, you will see a link to start the direct Chat with Apple.

Hi, I’m experiencing a strange issue after updating my iPhone 17 Pro Max to iOS 27.
After the update, a small letter “S” appears in the top-left corner of the Lock Screen instead of the normal time display. It only appears when the phone is locked. Once the phone is unlocked, the time is displayed normally.
I have already tried restarting the iPhone, performing a hard reset, and resetting the device, but the “S” still appears.
Could you please tell me what this “S” symbol represents and whether this is a known iOS 27 bug? If it is a bug, has Apple already identified it or is there a planned fix?
Thank you.

I think you guys may be double charging my account. I’m taking money from my bank account and adding it to Apple Pay and it’s taking the money out my account right away. For some reason you guys are over drafting my bank account. It’s 220 in the negative right now but you guys have already charged me for the transfer. No matter if the transfer is pending it still comes out of my account and remains unavailable. I have talked to my bank several of times because the is not the first time and they told me to contact you guys

Dear Apple Customer Support,
I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the fact that three different iPhone devices have stopped working within a period of less than one month. Two of the devices were purchased in Austria, while the iPhone 13 Pro was purchased in Croatia.
The circumstances are extremely concerning:
1. iPhone 15 – After approximately two years of normal use, the device suddenly shut down and stopped working.
2. iPhone 13 Pro – This device was purchased less than one month ago in Croatia. Its battery health was approximately 75%, and yesterday the phone suddenly shut down and stopped working.
3. iPhone 17 Pro – This device was purchased brand new today. At the moment it suddenly shut down, the phone had approximately 38% battery remaining. Before shutting down, the screen displayed the red low-battery/charging symbol. Since then, the phone has not turned on and does not respond to charging in any way. We tested two different original Apple chargers, both of which work normally with other devices. The Apple logo does not appear, and the phone shows no sign of charging or any other response.
The fact that three iPhone devices have stopped working within such a short period of time is extremely concerning, especially because the third device was brand new and stopped working on the very first day of use.
I therefore request that Apple thoroughly investigate this matter and provide an explanation and an appropriate solution. I consider it unacceptable for a brand-new iPhone to become completely unusable and unresponsive after only a few hours of use.
I would also appreciate clarification as to whether there may be an underlying issue related to these devices, their batteries, charging systems, or other hardware or software components.
I can provide proof of purchase, serial numbers, IMEI numbers, and any other information required.
I look forward to your urgent response and a concrete solution to this problem.
Kind regards,
Majda Bicanic
Hi,

This is a user to user forum, where Apple neither participates nor will see or answer your long post.
If you have issues with your devices, you can take them to an Apple Store or Authorized Service provider and have them looked at and potentially repaired.
