Go to https://getsupport.apple.com , enter your issue in the search field and work through the prompts. At the end further down the page there should be a button labeled "Get More Support" Clicking on it should provide Chat and Call options if available for your specific issue.

Hello. I have an unpaid balance of $10.03 for 17 Roblox purchases made on July 19–20, 2026. I did NOT make these purchases and I did not authorize them. I already submitted a refund request, but now I have a billing problem and I cannot download or update any apps. Please investigate these unauthorized purchases and help remove the unpaid balance from my account while the refund request is being reviewed.

You posted in a Community forum made up of other users where Apple does not participate in providing support and will not investigate any matter posted here. You responded to a post about how to contact Apple directly and that information has been provided.

Purchases on your Apple Account are only possible by double clicking the side button with the amount and terms showing on the screen, followed by authentication with Face ID/Touch ID or Passcode. If you did not make them on your device, then someone else that you have given your Passcode to did.

Change your Passcode/Password to prevent both device access and account access from anyone else. Never share your Apple Account/Passcode with anyone else unless you are willing to take responsibility for their actions. There are additional measures you can take to secure your device from purchases not made by you when allowing others to use it, but you would have to do that before those purchases were made by them. Two examples are:

  • Require unique password for purchases
  • Prevent in-app purchases.

In most cases all transactions in the App Store are final due to the authorization needed for a purchase, but at time Apple may provide a compassionate refund. When requesting a refund you will usually get one opportunity for an appeal and after that the decision is final.

Hello i want to change my region in my App Store but I can’t because i have balance in it so i want to make my balance zero

Buy something more expensive than your balance and pay the rest with a credit card. If you don't have enough for a single item and cannot add a credit card to your Apple Account, then you need to contact Apple Support so they can clear it for you.

I have a billing problem with a previous purchase blocking free app downloads. What do I do. I already canceled.

With that said, you need to let the charge complete, there is no way around that. You owe that money to Apple now. Cancelling the subscription does not forgive the dept.

Once it's been charged, you can attempt to request a refund.
