I had multiple prepaid Visa cards on my Apple Wallet. I tried to add another one, but for some reason it kept saying "Card Not Added". I tried logging out of my Apple ID and back in, which removed all the cards that I alreayd had, and when I tried adding them back, they also now say "Card Not Added". What do I do?

I tried contacting Tremendous about it and they said they didn't have any info as to why it failed. I then tried fully resetting my iPhone and setting it up as new with a new Apple ID and it still didn't work.
Apple Pay cannot add any cards, but I tried it on my friend's device and it worked.
I need this escalated to a senior Apple Pay/Wallet engineering team to check for a device-level provisioning or Secure Element issue.

If they can’t (or won’t) — while not really too surprising given their business model — you should consider taking your business to another issuer.
However, you can always start a “ticket” with Official Apple Support

Not going to happen to happen. You are not communicating with Apple in these user-to-user forums. No one here works for Apple. We are all just fellow users like yourself. Apple Support neither participates in nor monitors these user forums. If you wish to contact Apple Support use the Support app on your iPhone and open a ticket.
Not all cards support being added to ApplePay.
It’s a business decision made by the card issuer. (as there are costs involved)
Contact the issuer to verify if this is indeed the case.

Contact your bank or card issuer if you see the following error messages while adding your card to Apple Wallet:

I saw a few discussions yesterday mentioning an issue similar to yours. I’m not seeing any issues on Apple’s side (Apple - Support - System Status), though. Could you try again today to see if the issue was temporary?

Hi, please read this short thread that explains how cards are added to Apple Wallet and what another community member did to resolve the issue and had his card(s) to Apple Wallet for Apple Pay.
My cards do support Apple Pay. Not only does the issuer already say so, but I've used the type of card on Apple Pay many times before and it's been working. It's just now that it no longer working for some reason
What bank issued your prepaid Visa card? What country are you in?
