Are you aware that iTunes was retired in Windows 11 computers in 2024 and replaced with Apple Devices? Trying to restore with iTunes is likely a big contributor to your issue here. Restore Error 9 is usually a faulty USB Cable issue. I'd recommend you download Apple Devices and make sure you are using a cable you know is without issue and try the restore there.

I agree with Bob. I’m a former Apple Store manager and I’ve seen this (or similar before) and you’ll need a Genius Bar appointment and be prepared to leave it.

So, what happens when you try a new cable.......one that you know is working? If a new cable does not do the trick......(I would be surprised if it does).......you are not going to be able to fix this issue yourself.

all of my other cables dont work, my pc doesnt detect the phone with them.

I'm sorry, but you can try other cables and other computers, and nothing is going to work. The corruption of the iPhone will not allow it to be recognized by any cable or computer.

Please try to understand that you are not going to be able to fix this issue yourself. Once again.....please follow the advice offered by Jeff Donald above. Apple Support is going to need to do some special things to try to get the phone working again. My opinion.....You can't do this yourself.
