Apple business enrollment process is taking longer than 5 business days

Apple business enrollment process is taking longer than 5 business days, today it's been 17 days and when I try to contact support they says that it been ascalated, maybe somebody has experience with it?

Apple Business signup issue - what can be done ?? Trying to sign up to the new Apple Business program. We are in the UAE, well established company with all registrations / paperwork in order and submitted. After a few days we just received a very terse message "Unable to approve organization" - no specifics given. The Apple ID is blocked (can't even log in any more to any service - posting under my personal account !). We have about 100 apple devices on site and for the life of me don't see any reason why we would be treated so harshly. [Edited by Moderator]
