Batteries are tested on new iPhones, so a cycle count of 2 wouldn't be unusual or cause for concern. And in 5 days, you surely could have and should have charged it nightly while you slept, so your cycle count would have gone up. What you shouldn't do is obsess over the battery or cycle count in a new iPhone. It will only drive you crazy as batteries lose some health with every full cycle charge and that can't be stopped.

Quit worrying about charging cycles, percentage of charge, and all the other voodoo thrown around about batteries. Take your iPhone to an Apple Store if you want peace of mind. When it comes to batteries there is literally no definition of “normal” that can be applied. Like grand pianos every battery that comes off the assembly line is different.

You will never be able to convince Apple that you have a defective battery with the information you have supplied. iOS will notify you when battery service I needed.

Cycle count 6 was yesterday today was 8 and please tell me that cycle count of 2 already is normal and charging story is above

Nothing to worry about and getting a new device showing 2 cycle counts is not unusual. It is important to realize that 1 charge cycle is actually how many times the device has discharged its full capacity and not how many times it has been charged. There is also a certain amount of rounding going on where you are dealing with whole numbers.

For example, yesterday you could start at 100%, charge your device overnight and have it discharged the next day where it would register 2 charged cycles, even though you have only charged it once.

And if we tell you it's not normal then what do you plan to do? We’re just fellow users here and our opinions are our own, not an official Apple response. If you want an official opinion then contact Apple Support.

"Bro" STOP obsessing over your battery. Batteries are consumable parts. A full cycle charge is 0% to 100%. Only no one should ever let the battery fully discharge, so a cycle is more calculated on fractions of a charge. Charging from 50% to 100% twice = 1 Cycle.

You are going to drive yourself literally crazy obsessing over the normal charging of your phone. You've been told by enough people now that what you're seeing is NORMAL. Now, go find something else in your life to worry about.
