Fix yet another Apple problem

Why does Apple expect us to spend our time fixing their problems. I/we pay top dollar for the equipment and Apple is mega wealthy. I am a customer since 1998. I am seriously considering changing. They are taking advantage of us?

If you have a specific problem with which contributors here may be able to offer help, please provide some detail - as without more information we are powerless to offer any appropriate help or guidance. This user tip, authored by one of our senior contributors may help you to effectively outline your problem:

Writing an effective Apple Support Community Question - Apple Community

Otherwise, you might seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-support/id1130498044

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to assist with troubleshooting:

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Apple also invites submission of constructive comments, bug reports and feature requests via its Product Feedback Portal:

Product Feedback - Apple

If submitting a Bug Report, please ensure that you include details of your device model and installed OS-version within the body-text of your report along with details of the problem.  Do not rely upon the pick-list alone - as may not include the most recent OS-versions.

Every Bug Report counts.  Unless sufficient reports are submitted (with adequate detail), Apple may not assign resources to investigate and correct the issue.

You are missing the point. Top$=less problems. I’ve been with Apple for 28 years the trend is not good. Yes I can take my iPad to an Apple Store … 3 hours out of my life. Yes I can troubleshoot and fix myself or with Apple’s help. It is STILL MY VALUABLE TIME AND MY MONEY. It’s the stick price. It’s the iPhone. That is what matters most. This was not always the case

What is it you're expecting from any user here on this user to user only forum? Either ask Apple to help you or don't. We can't wave a magic wand over your device to solve whatever issue you have. Continuing to complain about "your time" being wasted here is actually wasting your time.

Top$=less problems is a nice fantasy, but has never been true. Tell that to my BMW dealer, it's still my time and my money and yes parts need replaced on it just like a Toyota Celica and I pay probably twice as much for those parts. We all have choices in this free world and you have already said you are considering changing, nobody is stopping you and complaining here where get you no where.

Hello~ You are more than free to try other brands. I spend more of my valuable time working on family members non Apple devices than on my own Apple devices.

What really is a waste of valuable time is complaining here.

So what do you plan to do then? We’d all like to know.
