I have been so disappointed in the iPhone 17 Air. The camera is poor quality, the battery life is not as promised, it’s gets hot when charging and I have weird touchy things happen with volume. I started a return but had to wait for the find my delay to clear, when I follow d up through messaging, no one responded and I ran out of the return window.

Well then let's answer your question? Yes you can keep the phone you found. You just won't ever be able to use it if that's what you were getting at. It would make a decent door stop or paper weight though.
