Photo search, identification does not work. Configuration for enabling is not available or limited.

Photo search identification does not work; worked one time when it was demonstrated to me by Apple store.

Thereafter, it has never worked.

Powered on and off phone, have most recent updates.

Configuration for search is enabled

Configuration for Photos is all enabled

Siri configuration is all enabled.

Out of the 6000 photos, I have; not one photo that I have randomly pulled up allows for it to be searched.

cannot find apples technical configuration requirements to make the system functional.
