On September 14, 2026 after ios 27 update, my Apple CarPlay does not work with my iPhone pro max. I have tried all suggestions so far. They do nothing. Our car has been working fine for wife’s 17 pro and my 13 pro max.Is there a software bug that needs a fix?

Update…sort of. I got it to connect. It only works the first time I plug it in. If I disconnect and try to connect again it will no longer recognize my phone. My work around to that is if I restart my multimedia display and plug my phone back in, it works. Stupid workaround but, it’s all I got for now until they release an iOS update that fixes CarPlay compatibility.
Can I request people when they post, please specify the car they are using to pair with the iPhone and method: wired or wireless or both?
All, so while travelling I hired a Hyundai i30. I can now confirm that my 17Pro with iOS 27 has worked successfully with CarPlay wirelessly. Hopefully when I get back it will work with my VW Tiguan.
You have to delete Tidal on phone, restart Iphone, and download Tidal an log in to your account. Voila ! Everything work again.
Carplay work for me, but i have isssues with Tidal, it just opened. So reinstall solved this.
