Did that still not working?
In addition to what Leroy mentioned, you have Wireguard VPN running. In fact, you have a lot of VPNs and "blockers":
Safari extensions:
[Loaded] Dark Night - /Applications/Dark Night.app
[Loaded] Privacy Dashboard - /Applications/DuckDuckGo Privacy for Safari.app
[Loaded] Ghostery AdBlocker for Privacy Extension - /Applications/Ghostery Privacy Ad Blocker.app
[Loaded] Malwarebytes Browser Guard Extension - /Applications/Malwarebytes Browser Guard.app
[Loaded] Momentum Extension - /Applications/Momentum.app
[Loaded] uBlock Origin Lite Extension - /Applications/uBlock Origin Lite.app
VPNs:
[Loaded] WireGuardNetworkExtension - /Applications/WireGuard.app
[Loaded] sstp-macOS - /Applications/hide.me.app
[Loaded] tunnelkit-macOS - /Applications/hide.me.app
[Loaded] wireguard-macOS - /Applications/hide.me.app
Ad-blockers:
[Loaded] Privacy Protection - /Applications/DuckDuckGo Privacy for Safari.app
[Loaded] Malwarebytes Browser Guard Ad and Tracker Blocker - /Applications/Malwarebytes Browser Guard.app
[Loaded] Malwarebytes Browser Guard Malware Blocker - /Applications/Malwarebytes Browser Guard.app
[Loaded] Malwarebytes Browser Guard Scam Blocker - /Applications/Malwarebytes Browser Guard.app
I would UNINSTALL (not just disable) all the above To truly UNINSTALL you will need uninstallers from each vendor. Then reboot into Safe Mode, wait about 15 minutes while in Safe Mode, then reboot normally and retest.
I have not heard that very many other users have these same issues with Safari. There are certainly millions of users now on Golden Gate. This makes it more likely that something installed might have worked fine with Tahoe but is incompatible with Golden Gate.
