Confirming Photomator subscription doesn't work

I started Photomator on my MBP this evening and was told I needed to subscribe to continue using it. I've been subscribed to this app for over seven years and I'm currently on an annual subscription that renews July 6, 2027.

When I attempted to restore the purchase, it said there was no such subscription under this email address. It's the only email I use with Apple. I last used Photomator two days ago and it worked normally like it usually does.

Anyone have any ideas or solutions to this problem?

TIA,

Latrent

Solved!

I'd updated another piece of software that was somehow being connected with Photomator. I only noticed this when I started using Pearlcleaner Uninstall. In the list of files to delete were files from that other app, PhotoScape X. Once I deleted it and all of it's ancillary files, Photomator automatically recognized my subscription.
