Itunes 10 and Tiger 10.4.11

Just downloaded iTunes 10 and it says it works with 10.5 upwards only but the website says:

Macintosh Software
Mac OS X version 10.4.11 or later; Mac OS X version 10.5 or later is required to play an iTunes LP or iTunes Extras
QuickTime 7.6 or later
Support for HE-AAC requires QuickTime 7.6.4 and Mac OS X version 10.5 or later
Safari 4.0.3 or later
200MB of available disk space

Anyone else had this problem?

Powerbook 15 G4, Mac OS X (10.4.5)

Steve Jobs and Apple never gave a rat's @s$ about the people who made Apple the company it is. Take a look at the China factory work conditions.

I'm a Mac user and have been since '91. I own an iPod Touch.

But I can't stand Apple or what it represents. And people flock like Lemmings for the next upgrade and release.

So, don't think there will ever be a remedy for this problem.

And yes, I've given in and navigated everything over from my G4 laptop to my MacPro workstation.

😠
