Facetime activation

I have wifi, it works. I have downloaded apps and streamed a great quality flick on netflix. But everytime I try to activate my facetime on the newest itouch. It says "check your network connection and try again". Please help.

Apple forget it!!!!

Im moving away from apple, cant be doing with this lack of response/help into the issue....

Out of the frying pan into the fire maybe, but least the support from microsoft has been usefull and always resolved my issu. (For me anyway)
