Q: Stuck sleep/wake button?

In my case it all worked beautifully, and I even got a reminder to return the faulty Nano quickly to avoid the charge. -

May 15, 2011 5:30 AMby sgurr,This has just happened to me within the last hour. Was busy planning some GCSE listening work (I'm a teacher) and went to refresh the screen to change the track, and the button is locked, can't move it. I rang my local retail store who said to restore the settings which should fix it. Well of course, it hasn't. So they said bring it in, which will be at the end of the week now. I shall wait with interest to see what they do, and will certainly show them these pages of comments!
