Genius Sidebar(need it back!!!)

I downloaded the new version of Itunes(Itunes 10.01) and I realized it had Ping. I made a Ping account and then went to check my Genius Sidebar. I saw it was replaced with my Ping Sidebar. I turned off my Ping and it still didn't work. I really want my Genius Sidebar instead of my Ping Side bar. How can I get my Genius Side bar back?

I want my Genius Sidebar baaaaaaack!!!!!!!!!! I can't say this with enough emphasis. The remaining genius features are useful but the utility of the sidebar for finding music to suit my taste was a real feature, not just a bells and whistles thing. Removal of the sidebar to replace it with Ping is something you wouldn't see in the PC world, this is a classic Apple move.

Gimme back my sidebar Apple!

Boy,am I sorry I downloaded the new version of itunes and lost Genius. I have no use for this Ping thing and already really miss Genius. Guess I will have to start looking for alternatives to itunes and spending more time on Pandora than I do on itunes. I really relied on Genius to help me find music that I liked. I must say that as a PC user, I am now scratching my head about all the hoopla about Apple being so much nice and more user-friendly than PCs. Doing away with a feature of a product without so much as an explanation is not consumer-friendly as far as I'm concerned. It wasn't until I found this forum that I realized that there was no more Genius and that it was not that my installation was buggy. Especially since there is still something called "Genius" in the sidebar. But now it's just some broken thing that doesn't do anything. Looks poorly thought out -- Apple, I hope you're listening. I'm a PC and I did not find this experience fun at all.
