Yahoo and MSN Messenger in iChat

Hi

I want to use iChat for Yahoo and MSN Messenger. I want to use it mainly for the Video chat feature in iChat.

I tried your java thing Alex, but I couldn't get it to work. Could have been because your readme mentioned httpclient 4.0.3 and the links you gave referred to httpclient 4.1.1, or maybe because I'm on OS X Lion. Also, the icon it put next to the clock was pretty nasty. It would probably be better if the app ran as a service that opened upon logging into the OS, and without an icon. Would like to try out a fix, how do I contact you?

I get exceptions;

As Alex posted a Link (http://sourceforge.net/projects/javaxmppframewo/) and this is no longer about iChat it may be better to post or contact him there.


It seems he is not subscribed to this thread any more.

Please, if posting Logs, do not post any Log info after the line "Binary Images for iChat"

I'm back. Been busy you seen, I'm not paid for this work and I needed a job.


There's a new download on the site that will not have any of the previous problems:

Run it from a terminal using this command:


java -jar dist/xmppmsnadapter-1.0-deps.jar


There's bound to be some issues. Can you raise them here:
