Multi-day Calendar Events off by 1 day!!

Still occuring with 5.0.1 update.

With both Apple and MS acknowledging this issue, surely they can get resolved before too much longer!

This post from last week is hinting that MS has a hotfix to correct it!

Called MS Support and they say they don't have a hotfix to give us for this issue 😠

They've got it classified as a bug, but we're trying to escalate the call and see what happens.

MS had us update to Rollup 6 first and then sent us the interim fix. However, other circumstances are preventing us from actually installing it to see if this resolves the issue.

Also, this issue is apparently corrected in SP2 RU1. So if you don't call for their hotfix, you have to install SP2 and then wait for and install SP2 RU1.

It worked! Appointments are appearing correctly on the iPhones now.

Only bad thing is that interim update is specifically for 2010 SP1 RU6. We will have to uninstall it before attempting to install SP2.

And then it's either beg for another interim update, or wait for SP2 RU1.

When I requested the hotfix from MS Support, I got a response that no hotfix was available and to call Support to troubleshoot my problem. Has anyone else had luck getting the hotfix?

We ran into the same thing at first. My manager had to start demanding a resolution and asking for the call to be escalated before they even admitted it existed.

We were having this issue as well, even after SP2 installation.

RU1 for SP2 was released last Monday. We installed it and the issue is resolved.

P.S. the patch took about 30 min on our CAS/HUB server and about 40 min on both our MBX servers.

Fix1: We updated Exchange to Service pack 2 and after testing it out noticed it would not move the event to the next day on outlook but on the iphone it would still say the event is the next day. (tested it with Android and it seemed to say the same day)

Fix2: Checked for outstanding updates and there were 2

• Update Rollup 4-v2 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 2

• Update Rollup 5-v2 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 2

Updated both Rollups and tested it with iPhone and it worked. With this update it now sends the times for both start and end of the event.
