I'm having the same problem on not one, but two different computers so I'm sure this is an annoying Apple problem. I can burn cds just fine as long as the playlsit doesn't include something I've purchased from the Apple music store. If it does, then after inserting the blank cd, it checks the playlist and freezes. Can I get some help? here is my cd diagnostic:

If you have multiple drives on the same IDE or SCSI bus, these drives may interfere with each other.
Some computers need an update to the ATA or IDE bus driver, or Intel chipset. If iTunes has problems recognizing CDs or hanging or crashing while importing or burning CDs, check the support site for the manufacturer of your computer or motherboard.
