voice memos not showing up in itunes

Had this problem since IOS6 update.

Did as instructed by Sophia B. no change

Then in iPhone Voice Memo took 2 seconds off front of Memo.

Synced and it appeared in iTunes just like it should

this seems to be a lot of extra work for a device that cost too much $$$ to have to be this troublesome to use.

The only thing that worked for me was using www.i-funbox.com

It doesn't copy the saved file name but at least you get your voice memo.

Frustrating that Apple doen't have this figured out.

You should be able to burn on CDs if you make them all AAC and make playlist. That's what I did. I don't have that mp3 option either.

Got this working eventually for my 3GS. Once synched to your computer, right click on each voice memo track and choose "Get Info" then the 'Other' tab. Change 'media kind' to audiobook for each and it synchs no problem back to your phone. They show all together as 'Voice Memos' and you can play them separately as you would a chapter in a book. WE SHOULD NOT BE HAVING TO DO THIS APPLE!!!!!
