Deleted voice mails keep reappearing

Sporadically, voice mails I've listened to and then deleted reappear in my visual voice mail. This problem just started happening after I upgraded to iOS 4. (I'm now running 4.1.)

Any idea how to fix this problem? Thanks!

I still will never buy Apple Phone again! I am going back to the new Sams too many updates and too many problems with Apple !!!
