Problems with mailing pictures

I love the templates and the implied functionality - even better if it worked consistently. I chose the postcard template and picked out 6 photos. Was able to mail them successfully, but the next time I tried the blue progress bar completed and then nothing. Much later a message said unable to deliver mail - bear in mind that his is an email address I use daily in mail with no issue. Then I try to change the address and the send button is grey. I have to go back to the event and start over - and maybe it will work and maybe not. Last time I tried it locked the entire system and the only way to get iphoto back was to do a power restart.

Also you can not send to multiple addresses in same email, or as stated above, once you use it once, you're through.

Anybody else got similar issues or solutions?

I have to agree with all the gripes, the emailing aspect of the new iPhoto is unclear and inconsistent.
The templates are a small selection of the usual very boring templates, shame that. Not putting more than a few lines of text in with the photo is very limiting also.
Apple set a precedent which worked really well for so long. You could select your photos, click on 'email' and Mail opened with the photos attached to the message.
Unless I am really mistaken, that option is GONE right?

Now you have to drag images OUT of iPhoto onto Mail. That does work of course (we could always do that in the past) but it is classified as a workaround. I'm disappointed and puzzled that Apple didn't integrate this better. I'll keep dragging stuff around until the update which I hope comes soon.

Where are my email Groups?!!!

Why do I have a stupid password box now?
How do I disable that stupid useless and seriously unwanted Password box? On my wife's Mac, it won't even accept her password!

These are major, major blunders, *not features.* This program managed to strip away the "Mac User Friendly Feel." iPhoto 11 stands in the way of user productivity rather then helping us effortlessly achieve the task so we can move on to something else.

I feel like bought a family pack program that took my 2 Macs and made them feel like I am on a PC again. I should have never bought iLife 11...Seriously.

This new iphoto is complete garbage. I have been a mac user for 12 years and having many problems. The emails with template / photos go out with my .me address but not any of my other emails. If I can't figure it out, many novice users will be having issues. Another downgrade to a good program. My mac is starting to feel like a buggy pc.

annoyed.

Go to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access.

From the Keychain Access Menu choose Keychain First Aid.

Enter your login password, click 'Verify' and 'Start'.

You may get some items colored red. Click 'Repair' and 'Start'. If some items are still red, 'Repair' again.

This, copied from a post in September, worked to fix the username/email problem for me. It allowed me to use the iPhoto templates.
